RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  1. Process payroll
  2. Process and pay all liabilities
  3. Create and submit quarterly payroll reports in accordance with business office practices.
  4. Process annual W-2 statements for staff
  5. Perform general accounting needs for assigned districts as part of the Business office team
  6. Monitor budget to ensure appropriate funds are available
  7. Process accounts payables and accounts receivables for assigned school districts
  8. Create purchase orders as needed
  9. Be available to others in the business department to answer questions related to appropriate processes and procedures of business office practices
  10. Assist Business Officer or Director with special projects as directed
  11. Perform other reasonable duties that from time to time may be assigned to meet the usual and unusual demands placed on the organization
