This is a student intern position for the 2021-22 school year working 5-15 hours per week with a flexible schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Overall purpose and objective of this position:

The purpose of this internship is to introduce the student to a wide variety of maintenance and repair services offered through Morrow County Grain Growers. During this internship the student will assist with equipment repairs and learn the basics of diesel technology and small engine repair.

Scope of Work:

Service Department

• Assist with preventative and routine maintenance on tractors, combines, and powersports equipment.
• Help staff with proper and accurate documentation of all maintenance performed.
• Perform basic diagnostics to identify equipment issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain cleanliness of the shop.
• Perform other general duties of the shop outlined by the Service Manager.
